New appointment with the Battiglia 2019 Lizzard Festival: in the Luigi Pastena stadium three days of tasty mozzarella!
From the 23 to the 25 Agosto 2019 there will be a new and exquisite appointment with the Feast of the Zizzona of Battiglia, in the province of Salerno.
Now in its fourth edition, the event will take place in the Luigi Pastena municipal stadium which is preparing to welcome all lovers of Campania cuisine and beyond, to taste the famous and exquisite mozzarella.
The initiative was organized by the Pro Loco 'A Castelluccia, from Dairy Farm under the patronage of Municipality of Battipaglia.
Also this year the event includes a full program of interesting events, both artistic and gastronomic, such as: the Zizzona Eaters Championship: a challenge to the last bite of Zizzona, Lottery of the Zizzona and Games with Prizes and then again comedy shows, music, stands, food and wine tastings, entertainment for young and old.
The dairy product of excellence of the Piana del Sele will therefore dominate the three evenings and will capture the attention and appetite of thousands of visitors with the presence of numerous guests of honor and famous faces from the entertainment world.
