On the occasion of International Women's Day, Sunday March 8 2020, the Cultural Association ECOnote proposes an interesting one walk, in the footsteps of "modern women", al historical center of Naples.
During the walk guests will hear about Artemisia Gentileschi, Elena Gubitosi, Gae Aulenti, Matilde Serao, Elvira Notari, known directors, musicians, artists, writers but above all great women which have contributed to increasing the world's cultural heritage and which are obviously linked to our city, Naples.
The walk in the center of Naples
The appointment will be in Piazza Bellini and from there the walk will continue to other places in the city such as the Academy of Fine Arts, the San Pietro a Majella Conservatory, then continue on Piazza Dante until you get to places like the Modernissimo cinema.
In short, a special occasion, on International Women's Day, to get to know and appreciate these important and significant figures in history. There reservation is mandatory to attend the event.
