The motivations

Le motivations of this transport stop for 24 hours cover several points, including requesting a improvement of working conditions, a more adequate economic treatment, the bad staff management, compliance with safety regulations on stations, buses and trains.

In addition, more attention is also required to career development of all staff, including bus drivers, staff in operating and machine rooms and funicular operators.

The unions

The will starts mainly from the unions that ask the City of Naples, owner of the company ANM, to take responsibility for handling all requests made with the utmost transparency.

Beyond these points is also added the request of the allowance and to consider the production award 2016 and the internalisation of contracted activities.
