The initiative of the Archaeological Museum of Naples which provides for opening on Thursday evening with admission ticket at 2 euros.
In fact, from 1 October until 3 December 2020, on Thursday the MANN will also be open to the public from 20.00 am to 23.00 pm to allow visitors to admire the permanent collections and temporary exhibitions in progress.
In addition, a program of concerts is also scheduled in October as part of the Neapolitan Baroque Festival.
Evening visits on Thursdays: collections, exhibitions and aperitifs
In addition to the collections always present in the Archaeological Museum, it is possible to visit the temporary exhibition on the Etruscans with over 600 amazing exhibits.
Thanks to the opening of the bar inside the Museum, guests can also enjoy theAperibox with wine glass and the specialties of our territory. In fact, at the price of 5 euros (4 euros for OpenMann holders), you can drink the glass and you will receive the box with products at km0 chosen from the regional specialties of the farmers of the Sanpaolo-Coldiretti Campagna Amica farmer's market.
The Neapolitan Baroque Festival
As mentioned, the Neapolitan Baroque Music Festival will also kick off, at least for the October, in the Hall of Toro Farnese. They will be four concerts dedicated to this beautiful musical genre.
Every Thursday, from 20.30 onwards, we will delight ourselves with the music ofEnsemble Baroque Royal Academy, with the talent of the pianist Gino Giovannelli, with the traditional music of G. Caccini, C. Monteverdi, H. Alexiou, Ch. W. Gluck, GF Haendel and with the group Grantioso dance and its period clothes.
