The new Speleo light path was inaugurated at the Galleria Borbonica in Naples!

The Bourbon Gallery of Naples inaugurates new path named 'Speleo light', where visitors of all ages can try their hand in the role of speleologists.

The itinerary starts from the entrance of via Domenico Morelli, inside the Agora Morelli, and provides a long walk, with expert guides, in the recesses of the Bolla aqueduct, dating back to the Greco-Roman Neapolis.

The hydraulic works will be observed, like the cisterns built in the following centuries, many of which are signed on the walls with engravings or initials of the maintenance workers, the so-called “pozzari”. The visit will continue with theexploration of newly rediscovered environments during the excavation of the volunteers led by the speleologist Gianluca Minin, who also brought to light various finds.

For structural reasons the path is excluded for people with motor problems or who suffer from claustrophobia.
