The events and festivals for the 2016 Carnival in Naples including exhibitions, court dances, music, flea markets and much more!
In addition to the many colorful and engaging fashion shows that will take place throughout the region, the 2016 Carnival in Naples it promises to be fun also thanks to the many events that will be organized in the city.
Initiatives that will be suitable for both adults and children and will take place during the weekend of 6 and 7 February, but also in the previous days in some cases, while many appointments will culminate in the day of Shrove Tuesday, the so-called Last of Carnival.
Among the most interesting events, the party organized as part of the exhibition Days of the Dinosaur, extended until mid-February thanks to its enormous success, and which includes prizes and discounts for children with the most beautiful costume. The little ones can also have fun with the Court dance a Royal Palace, where they will meet King Ferdinand and Queen Carolina or they can go to one of them circuses Togni still present in Naples and in the province.
But for the 2016 Carnival there will also be other events to participate, such as the vintage flea market, and fancy dress parties music, dances and lots of confetti.

Events
Days of the Dinosaur
As part of the Days of the Dinosaur exhibition, exceptionally extended until February 14, a special Carnival party will be organized especially for children. Not only will the entrance ticket be discounted, but you will have fun with many games, shows, animation, various performances and numerous prizes. In fact, the children who will present themselves with the more original and beautiful costume, will be rewarded and will be entitled to other discounts.

Grand Court Ball
Especially dedicated to children, the Great Court Ball a Royal Palace will introduce the historical kings of the city to the little ones. They will meet King Ferdinand between a baba and a hunt, and the Queen Maria Carolina, intent on organizing the dances and giving dance lessons. Naturally, you will have to present yourself in your mask to fully experience it theatrical visit and feel transported to another era.

Carnival in Città della Scienza
A great party dedicated to children with many workshops, games, music, tricks, soap bubbles and even tastings of typical Carnival products. But there's more, because it will be a fun way to learn about scientific phenomena and get to know them inhabitants of nature.

Carnival in the Museums of Natural Sciences
Even the Museums of Paleontology, Anthropology, Zoology and Physics are dressed for the party and wait especially for the children to discover together the many fossil present, who for the occasion will be "masked“, Play and participate in the workshops.

Music, theater and cinema in Forcella
For the Carnival of Forcella numerous will be organized creative workshops to create masks, dedicated to children, but also film screenings, theatrical performances and a photo shoot to get a shot in memory of the fun event.

Carnival at Sanità
The seventh edition of the Carnival of Health, organized by Traparentesi Onlus with the coordination of the socio-educational center and the local schools, addresses the theme of diversity and participation, also with the aim of redeeming the neighborhood. One will be organized colorful and noisy parade with music, shows and animation workshops.

Carnival workshops in the historic center
The Carnival of the Historic Center of Naples is organized by the ex-Asilo Filangieri who, every Saturday until February 6, sets up workshops and creative activities for the realization of the Masks, of the decorations and of the parade which will take place on Shrove Tuesday. Dedicated especially to children, they are also suitable for older children who still want to feel children and have fun. The aim is to help redevelop an area of the city that needs to be rediscovered.

Carnival at the Hippodrome
Children can celebrate the carnival with many activities in the company of horses. They will be carried out free pony rides , there will be creative workshops in which to give vent to the imagination, the parade of the masks, the game of the pot and, of course, the typical foods of the holiday. Circus Togni
If at Carnival you want to have fun at the circus you have two possibilities: one is given by circus of Lidia Togni in Naples, who after two years returned to the city with some news, the other from the circus Darix Togni in Sant'Anastasia. Feasts
Milonga of Carnaval
This year the Carnival Milonga changes location, passing from the Petraio to the Church of San Giuseppe delle Scalze. In this original party everything is allowed: we dress up, transforms, changes, make up and e we mask ourselves, but we also hide and find ourselves in a playful and fun atmosphere. We can create a new identity and make fun of ourselves, all while dancing to the notes of Dj Oker from Barcelona.
There will also be a post body and face painting and the entrance is strictly in mashcera.

Guys'n'Dolls
The Vintage Culture Party this time it will take place at the Posillipo Theater. Streamers at the Campania Shopping Center
