It will be held in the days of 24 and 25 August 2014 the 23th edition of the Feast of the Eggplant of Preazzano, a hamlet of Vico Equense.
La Feast of the Eggplant of Preazzano in fact, it is held by the 1989 and proposes to visitors the culinary and gastronomic specialties of a small village that brings to disposition of all the traditional dishes and flavors framed by one of the most characteristic villages of the Sorrento peninsula.
La aubergine is one of these delicacies, which will be offered to the public cooked in many ways, including the most extravagant and greedy: the chocolate eggplant.
In addition to tasting the typical products of the place you can make a real one a journey through art, music and craftsmanship, visiting the Church of Preazzano and its 700th century works of art, the ancient nativity scene and the beauty of the ancient village.
