Free admission for women at the Capodimonte Museum in Naples for the 2018 Women's Day: women's monologues are scheduled.

Another event not to be missed is added to those organized for the8 March, At the 2018 Women's Day. The Camuccini Salone del Capodimonte Museum in Naples hosts the event Woman. Eternal Myth. From Medea to Filumena Marturano, in collaboration with the MusiCapodimonte association.

For the occasion, actress Anna Maria Ackermann will perform suggestive monologues on the female condition in history, a journey through the centuries that puts unforgettable characters at the center. I am protagonists are the heroines of literature and theater: among these Clitemnestra, Didone, Medea, Filumena Marturano and Penelope.

The texts are taken from the works of great authors such as De Filippo, Marguerite Yourcenar, Euripides. Accompanying Ackermann's interpretation will be Maestro Rosario Ruggiero at the piano, with pieces by Chopin, Beethoven, Brahms and Mendelssohn. Entrance to the museum and participation in the event are free for all women.
