Greek Culture Week 2020: numerous free events scheduled in both Naples and Campania!
From 9 to 15 February 2020 there will be an interesting appointment with the Greek Culture Week in Naples and in Campania.
The event was organized by Hellenic Community of Naples and Campania and for the occasion, various free music and poetry events in the beautiful will be organized throughout the week Maschio Angioino of Naples and a concert of Greek music at the Conservatory of San Pietro a Maiella.
A really interesting initiative that has been taking place in Naples since 2014 with the aim of celebrating the Greek language and culture. The theme of this new edition will be the Greek belongs to us.
Program
- Tuesday 11 February from 09:00 to 15:00 at the Maschio Angioino in the Sala dei Baroni the event will be held High school marathon, With the classical high schools of Naples and Campania and with the participation of some high school classes of Athens and Thessaloniki.
- Tuesday February 11, 17:30 pm at the San Pietro a Majella Conservatory of Music in the Martucci Room the event Greece in poetry and music with Alexandra Gravas in concert. Greek music known all over the world: the poems of the greatest poets set to music by famous authors, (Manos Hadjidakis, Mikis Theodorakis ...)
- Wednesday February 12, at 10:00 am in Salerno, public meeting in the DIPSUM library of the University of Salerno.
- Wednesday February 12, at 17:30, Libreria Feltrinelli of Caserta a Focus on Greek literature with students and teachers of the Manzoni High School.
- Thursday 13 February, 17:00 at the Maschio Angioino in the Sala della Loggia the event Feel Greece: Meeting with Carmelo Siciliano and traditional Greek music.
- Friday 14 February, at 17:30, at the Galdi High School in Cava dei Tirreni event of Music, poetry and art
