Free tastings, workshops, wines and awards with King Panettone 2017 at Grand Hotel Parker's in Naples!
The 2 and 3 December 2017 the event returns King Panettone in Naples, at the Salone degli Specchi del Grand Hotel Parker's with entrance and free tastings.
In this third edition will participate well twenty-five pastry chefs from different Italian regions that will give a taste of their art of confectionery through the preparation of exquisite handmade panettone, which can also be purchased by the public at the price of 25 € per kg.
Also this year a jury of experts will assign the best panettone made King Panettone Award Naples.
Two days of tastings of three special panettone accompanied by a selection of sweet wines, raisins and sparkling wines of the Consortium for the Protection of Sannio Wines and the grappas of Distilleria Marzadro, in the wine bar corner managed by the Italian Sommelier Association (AIS), delegation of Naples, and Wine & Thecity.
Moreover, for the first time there will also be three laboratories with the AIS sommeliers who will do one tasting of three tastings paired with as many panettone. All to immerse ourselves in the festive atmosphere.
In addition, meetings and workshops for up to twenty people at a time and cooking classes will be held.
