At the San Vincenzo Molo in Naples we will celebrate the 2017 New Year with a toast and a panoramic visit!
Il 1º January 2017, pier of San Vincenzo in Naples, toast the new year and you can make one visit to the oldest quay of the city which, for the occasion, will remain open to the public by 11: 00 13 to: 00.
The event was organized by the Sea Department with the Central Tyrrhenian Sea Port System Authority and the Navy Logistics Command, with the collaboration of Propeller Club Porto of Naples, ANIAI Campania, the Italian Naval League Naples and the Community Psychology Lab Federico II University.
Toasts will be attended by several authorities: the mayor Luigi de Magistris, Raffaele Caruso (Navy Logistic Commander), Pietro Spirito (President of the Harbor System Authority of the Central Tyrrhenian Sea), Daniela Villani (Councilor for the Sea) and Umberto Masucci ( President of the Propeller Club).
How to participate
Public participation will take place by reservation on site of the town and up to a maximum of 300 people will be allowed.
To reach the pier you will find at your disposal the means that will take you to the place after making a panoramic excursion. In the event that the meteorological situation should prevent the toast on the pier, everything will move to the headquarters of the Lega Navale, next to the gardens of Molosiglio.
How to reach the pier of San Vincenzo
Citizens who want to participate in the toast can use the means made available by AdSP, Lega Navale and ANM that will also guarantee the return within 13: 00:
- from 10: 45 to 12: 15 will start every 15 minutes two shuttles that will shuttle between Palazzo San Giacomo and the quay.
- from 11: 15 to 12: 30 a Navy League Van and an ADSP shuttle will depart every 15 minutes from the entrance of the naval base next to the Molosiglio Gardens.
