In the heart of Vomero, in Naples, Barittico opens: the first seafood delicatessen in the city, in the name of new and decisive tastes!

Today 9 September 2020 opens in Naples, in particular in the Vomero district in Via Merliani, Baryptic, first seafood delicatessen! 

An idea that was born by chance from the collaboration between engineers Bruno Sensenhauser and Stefano Toscano, the economist Marco Matrecano and lo chef Vittorio Zigarelli, already founders of the famous Panamar, the place that offers sandwiches seafood gourmet and tartare. 

A project that was being born a few months ago, but which had to stop due to the health emergency and the subsequent lockdown. From today Barittico is ready to treat you an unprecedented culinary experience. 

Barittico: the first seafood delicatessen

The seafood delicatessen is probably a culinary format never heard before that will surely drag you on a new and particular journey between new tastes and strong flavors. 

In fact, at Barittico you can taste different specialties, including tuna salami, croaker porchetta, salmon bacon and much more, excellent dishes that will be served on cutting boards that will enhance the aromas and flavors.
