Città della Scienza in Naples organizes an interesting online workshop dedicated to all children to discover curiosities about the celestial vault!
Sunday 15 November 2020 at 11: 30 there will be an unmissable event for all children, in fact City of Science in Naples, given the closure decided by the President of the Council for the current health emergency, organizes an interesting online laboratory.
The sky in a room
In particular, this workshop, dedicated to all children aged six and over, will be entitled The sky in a room and will allow them to know all scientific curiosities about the celestial vault.
Children, connecting to the facebook page of Città della Scienza, will be able to learn what i planets and stars, what are the constellations that populate the celestial sphere thanks to the help of the virtual Planetarium and understand why they change according to the seasons and also canor build a real celestial projector with materials that they can find at home.
The material needed
Here is the complete material list that will be needed to build the celestial projector:
- A ruler
- Paper cups
- Patelli or / and markers
- Scissors
- Glue stick
- Cell phone flashlight or small flashlight
- Tissue paper, wrapping paper, for decorating
- Thumbtacks
- Small piece of styrofoam
Also to complete the job you will need to print this sheet.
