Free guided tours at the Roman Baths of Via Terracina, jewel of Fuorigrotta

Roman baths Naples

Also in November you can participate in free guided tours at the Roman Baths of Via Terracina in Fuorigrotta!

They come back guided tours free in one of the least known archaeological sites in Naples, perhaps, but among the most suggestive. These are the Roman thermal baths that are in Via Terracina, in the Fuorigrotta district, which will be open during the days of 9 and 10 November 2019.

Thanks to the volunteers of the Neapolitan Archaeological Group, the complex will be opened to let the public admire the Roman structure of the Baths, where there are remains of the ancient tabernae and part of beautiful mosaics on the pavement.

The complex, in Roman times, it was articulated on several levels and it was located on the road that led to Pozzuoli, the ancient Puteoli. The visits that are occasionally organized thanks to the GAN are unmissable and we advise you not to miss them.
