New appointment with free guided tours at the Terme di Via Terracina, in the Fuorigrotta district in Naples!

Also take up this month Free guided tours to the beautiful Thermal baths of Via Terracina in Naples with two wonderful appointments, Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 September 2019.

The archaeological complex, located in the enclosure of the University near the cemetery of Fuorigrotta, is really interesting to visit thanks to the presence of fascinating mosaics and remains of houses.

The plant dates back to the first half of the second century. AD, it was articulated on several levels and was probably fed by the Serino aqueduct. The thermal complex erected on the road that led from Neapolis to Puteoli, still preserves the entire system of supplying the warm environments, as well as the decorative flooring systems, characterized by mosaic floors.

The Association that makes it possible to organize guided tours is the Neapolitan Archaeological Group, which is committed to the maintenance of delicate floors by carrying out continuous cleaning operations.
