Naples, the Great Critichella by bike in June 2014 (video)

Cyclists in Naples for the Critichella

The Great Critichella will be held in June for 3 days and will involve cyclists from all over Italy to raise awareness on sustainable mobility

We do not block traffic, we are the traffic is the well-known motto of the many cyclists who participate in the increasingly frequent Critichelle of Naples. These are events in which all participants, strictly cycling, come together to participate in so many Critical Masses and take to the streets of Naples.

The purpose is to become traffic themselves to sensitize those around him, motorists in the first place, on the sustainable mobility and on the danger of the pollution that cars cause. Not only that, the intent is also to push for more use ecological of the means of transport, preferring the bicycle to the car as it is less polluting and able to make us regain space, time, freedom and relationships.

Generally there are two monthly appointments in which the Critichella especially the cyclists of Naples are protagonists. This time, however, a more important event was organized, in which urban cyclists are invited to all Italy (and not only!) and that will take place on 6, 7 and 8 June 2014. And for the occasion a video presentation really effective that refers to the opening scene of La Grande Bellezza, also including references to the rest of the film, whose protagonists are precisely the Neapolitan cyclists. Not surprisingly, the event was named The Great Critichella.

We leave you to video viewing, anticipating only a significant quote: "I didn't want to be stuck in traffic, I wanted to have the power to make it environmentally friendly"

The article will be updated with information on meeting times and places (after the video).
