The beautiful Villa Fiorentino in the heart of Sorrento will host the exhibition "The Curtain of Life", a beautiful exhibition dedicated to the famous French painter Henri Matisse.
In fact, from 14 June, day of the inauguration of the event, al October 20, 2019 the halls of the historic residence will welcome curious and art lovers who will be able to admire more than 90 works belonging to the French genius.
The event was organized precisely on the occasion of a special anniversary or the 150th anniversary of the birth of Matisse. The exhibition with the name "The curtain of life"Aims to make known the imprint that the artist gave to the theater and in general to its scenographic side and effective creations.
In fact, Matisse was not only interested in painting but also in the theater and in the production of stage costumes, sets and odalisques.
