A new strike of the tollbooths of the Motorways will cause severe inconvenience to travelers on days of the 25 and 26 August 2019. Also Napoli will be involved and certainly the problems will be considerable considering that thousands of people are expected to return from vacation.
The strike was proclaimed by Filt Cgil, Fit Cisl, Uiltrasporti, Sla Cisal and Ugl Viabilità e Logistica. In detail, the time slots are: from Sunday morning 25 August from 10.00 to 14.00 with a break of 4 hours and will resume from 18.00 to 2.00 on Monday 26 August (so the night between Sunday and Monday).
In these hours they will cross their arms toll collection staff at the toll booths and the shift workers not subject to the regulation of the strike. Instead, in the last 4 hours of the performance, the employees will cross their arms with staggered and broken shifts, but in the first four hours of shift on Monday 26 August also the technical and administrative staff will stop.
The motivation of the strike always concerns the break of the negotiation on the renewal of the national contract.
