Visit Naples on two wheels! It is the I Bike Naples initiative conceived by Anea to pedal to discover the art, history and breathtaking views of our city
From May 1 2014 a new way to visit and discover our city will be inaugurated… on two wheels! In fact, the first ones were born in Naples "Sightseeing Bike", bike tour which will be part of the new Neapolitan tourist offer, prepared especially for the arrival of spring and May of Monuments.
I Bike Naples is the name of the initiative conceived by Anea - Neapolitan energy and environment agency and realized in collaboration with the Municipality of Naples and some associations of the hotel sector, such as ADAN-Association of Neapolitan hoteliers; AIG - Italian Association of Youth Hotels; Federalberghi Naples; Vesuvio Family House and the SuperGarage of Naples, involving over 500 structures in Naples and its province.
This is the first project that Anea proposes in the tourism sector to follow the philosophy ofenvironmental sustainability and responsible, as the director stated Michele Macaluso:
"Tourists show they appreciate Naples more and more. Discovering the beauty and culture pedaling can be a further act of love for a city that deserves to be visited in a fun, healthy and zero environmental impact. Tourism, culture and the environment through the rays of a bicycle "
How I Bike Naples works
Le Cyclopasseggiate guided are held every day, they last about 3 hours and are aimed at Italian and foreign tourists who can rent a bicycle and choose a route in stages between the two proposed itineraries:
