Energy and relaxation will be the protagonists of the lessons of Kundalini Yoga at the Bay of Ieranto!
For lovers of nature and psycho-physical well-being, they will not be missed Kundalini Yoga lessons, which will take place at sunset from Sunday 14 June 2015 at the beautiful Bay of Ieranto, in Massa Lubrense.
The initiative, by the FAI and the Simbiotica association, provides 3 encounters, that will end the 19 July, which will transport the participants in a suggestive inner journey, based on a specific type of yoga.
In fact, the beautiful atmosphere of the bay, the sunset, the harmony of lights, colors and natural elements will be the perfect allies for a journey based on awareness and harmony between man and nature.
A discipline, this one, that finds the rules among the teachings of Yogi Bhajan and aimed at a type of energizing yoga and which includes physical, breathing, meditation and relaxation exercises dedicated, from time to time, to water, fire, earth or air.
To take part in this extraordinary experience, it is advisable to take possession of packed breakfast, water, sneakers, rubber mat, plaid and hat.
