The famous American singer-songwriter Michael Bolton will perform in an unmissable live in Naples, in the evocative Piazzale delle Armi di Castel Sant'Elmo the next 29 July. The concert is the only Italian stop on his 2013 tour.
Among his most famous songs When a Man Loves a Woman, originally played by Percy Sledge in the 1966 and ranked among the best 500 songs according to Rolling Stone. The cover of Michael Bolton is one of his most popular songs that earned him a Grammy Awards.
Another important success is the cover of a song by Otis Redding, (Sittin 'On) the Dock of the Bay, but his fame is also linked to his first text as an author, How I Supposed to Live Without You, written in the 1983.
There are many songs written by him in collaboration with other illustrious singers, such as Bob Dylan, Diane Warren and Babyface, also duet with Luciano Pavarotti, Placido Domingo, Ray Charles, BB King and Celine Dion who opened his American concerts.
In Italy he also performed at the Sanremo Festival, returning to the 2008 duet with Anna Tatangelo in the song My friend.
