Inauguration of Naples meets the World with flying lanterns, dancing fountains and fireworks!
The anticipation for the review is great Naples meets the world which will take place at Mostra d'Oltremare from the 30 June to the 2 July and from the 7 to the 9 July 2017 and the expectations will not be disappointed thanks to the inaugural ceremony that will be really amazing.
Friday June 30th, in fact, some events are planned in the name of romance, Neapolitanism and music, appointments that will make the evening unforgettable.
We will start with a Love tour, colorful and magical, to continue with the suggestive launch of the flying lanterns, the tribute to Pino Daniele with the release of fluorescent balloons, the magnificent spectacle of the Dancing fountains and of fireworks.
Recall that Naples meets the World includes 15 ethnic festivals that will invade the Mostra d'Oltremare with traditions, folklore, colors and flavors from all over the world. Here is the program of the inauguration.
The inaugural ceremony of Naples Meet the World
Love tour
Love and feelings will be the protagonists of this special tour that will immerse you in one of the most romantic areas of Naples. The walk will start in reproduction of the Vicolo degli Artisti where you will meet actors in costume intent on reciting poems and romantic phrases and, if you wish, you can also leave your poetic thoughts in the area dedicated to visitors.
The itinerary will continue making you admire the shows of flying lanterns, fluorescent balloons and fireworks.

Launch of flying lanterns
The launch ceremony of flying lanterns will be very impressive and will fill the sky of Fuorigrotta with many bright spots that will fly farther and farther away. Anyone can launch their own lantern, thus helping to make the choreography even more special. In case of bad weather or other sudden problems, the event will be replaced by the launch of the fluorescent balloons.

Launch of the fluorescent balloons and tribute to Pino Daniele
Even the fluorescent balloons will be soar in the air coloring the sky of the neighborhood, a special moment to celebrate the beginning of the exhibition together. Everyone can participate, both adults and children, and everyone can throw their own balloon. The show will take place during a nice tribute that will be dedicated to Pino Daniele, with a revival band that will play its most beautiful songs.

Show of Dancing Fountains
To complete the inaugural ceremony there will be the show of the Fountain of the Esedra, choreography that will take place even all the other nights of Naples meets the world. It will be a beautiful one play of water, lights, colors and music with the fountain jets that will dance to the rhythm of musical notes transmitted and often changing colors, leaving everyone speechless. The show will be repeated twice a day

In the area near the Irish Festival you can watch a fire and water show that will frame the area of Lake Fasilides, waiting for the big fireworks show.

At midnight, to end the evening, there will be an impressive one show of fireworks which will illuminate the sky and end with beauty the first appointment with Naples meets the world.
