Opening of the De Feis Etruscan Archaeological Museum in Naples

Finally in Naples the doors of the first Etruscan Museum will open, to unveil the riches of a prestigious people who arrived in Campania!

The origins of the Campania region boast many influences, from the Roman to the Greek ones and for the first time the roots implanted by the Etruscans.

For the occasion the 18 February 2015At the 'Denza Institute, Naples will have the honor of inaugurating the first "De Feis" Etruscan Archaeological Museum.

The prestigious goal is curated by the Superintendency for Cultural Heritage and Activities of the Tuscany Region of the Provincial Father of Barnabiti of Naples, Pasquale Riillo, and will bring to light about 800 ancient artifacts collected by Father Barnabita Leopoldo De Feis, institutor of the first educational museum of the Collegio Fiorentino "Alle Querce".

In particular the finds on display, dating back to the years between the Bronze Age and the Imperial Severian era, they represent the priceless treasure of the Etruscan jealously preserved, after the closure of "Alle Querce", at the Barnabita Villa San Paolo in Florence.
