Great music for the region: Pomigliano Jazz arrives in Campania 2017 between excellent jazz and pearls of the territory.
27 from July to August 6 2017, the great jazz music arrives in Campania with the XXII edition of the Pomigliano Jazz in , with the usual itinerant formula that starting from Pomigliano D'Arco, the city that gave birth to one of the most important jazz festivals in the south, will touch various municipalities in the Vesuvian and upper Nolano areas.
The Festival will have in the Vesuvio, and in his Park, the central and highly symbolic location for the opening and closing concert. The 2017 edition, directed by Onofrio Piccolo, will be full of exclusive concerts and unpublished projects, combining great music with spectacular artistic and historical scenographies, such as theRoman Amphitheater of Avella, and natural as the Gran Cone of Vesuvius.
Many great names, on all the concerts of American artists Robert Glasper and Gregory Porter. The Spanish pianist Chano Dominguez with the Flamenco Quartet is also on the calendar. Enrico Pieranunzi with Marco Zurzolo and Rosario Giuliani and the trio Gianluca Petrella, Eivind Aarset and Michele Rabbia and many others.
The enhancement of the territory starts from the music and embraces the good food of the region. In fact, the appointment with "Notes of taste", where the farmers of Campania will offer their products that will be interpreted by the chefs and pizza chefs of the circuit "Slow Food Vesuvius and Agro Nolano".
