  • 100 gr granulated sugar
  • 20 gr pisto (chopped spices including cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, pepper)
  • 30 gr cubes of cocozzata and candied citrus fruit

Preparation

Finely chop the almonds and mix them with the flour, sugar and the mixture of spices arranging everything in a fountain on a pastry board.
