Here's how to request a refund for Unico Campania Subscriptions that are not used during the lockdown!

Il Campania Single Consortium, the body that manages public transport in the Campania Region, has announced the methods for obtaining the refunds of all subscriptions not used during lockdown.

We remember in fact that during the period ofsanitary emergency all activities were blocked and consequently also the means of transport, for which all those who had purchased a subscription or were already in possession of it, were unable to use it.

The beneficiaries of the refund

They may request the reimbursement:

  • The owners of a monthly subscription for March 2020 integrated (ICT) or company of the Companies listed in the TABLE 1
  • The owners of a annual subscription is integrated (ICT) and corporate of the Companies listed in the TABLE 1.

There are no refundsi for owners of a free student subscription Campania region.

How to request a refund

The request for a refund must be submitted no later than August 31, 2020 and must be done exclusively on the active platform on Official site.

Owners of monthly print or magnetic subscription of March 2020 they must demonstrate that they are in possession of the travel document attaching the image.

The documents required for reimbursement

All those who intend to apply for the reimbursement they will first have to register on the site and fill in all the required personal data, then you must fill in a form, available shortly, relating to the travel document for which the refund is requested. Here are the required data:

  • Self-certification including the data of the employer (CF - VAT number - ATECO code) or of the institution or faculty attended
  •  Type and serial of the travel document - attaching the image
  •  Details of the identification document - attaching the image
  • For holders of paper monthly subscription: passport photo for issuing the smart card

Refund type

Here are the mode with which the refund will take place:

  • For owners of monthly print or magnetic subscription of March 2020 a monthly pass of the same amount will be issued on a personal smart card which will be valid for a month chosen by the user for the period September-December 2020 and can be used on the same route. The card can be collected at the point indicated starting from the 25th day of the month preceding the one chosen, upon return of the monthly paper / magnetic pass requested.
  • For owners of electronic monthly subscription for March 2020 an equivalent travel document will be issued to be loaded on the card itself in the enabled positions, valid for a month chosen by the user in the period September-December 2020 and usable for the same route and on the same companies as the subscription for which you intend to request the refund.

For owners of annual subscription the validity of the subscription will be extended in these ways:

  • for annual passes expired and not renewed on 31/03/2020, one will be recognized
    extension for a calendar month chosen by the user in the period September-December 2020, always for the same route and on the same companies as the subscription. To recharge the smart card, you must go to an enabled location, not earlier than the 25th day of the month preceding the one chosen.
  • for everyone else valid annual passes, an extension of the deadline of two calendar months will be recognized. For the extension of validity, the user must go to a charging station to update his smart card, after 5 working days of confirmation of the acceptance of the request by the Consortium.
