The monumental XNUMXth century palace, Sirignano Palace, located in Riviera di Chiaia in Naples turns into a exclusive 5-star hotel.
This is the project of the Neapolitan entrepreneur Nuncio Colella, owner of the Capri group and the clothing brands Gutteridge and Alcott. The idea was conceived three years ago, in 2017, when Nunzio Colella bought the historic building that was owned by Tirrenia at the time.
Palazzo Sirignano becomes a 5-star hotel
La Riviera of Chiaia in Naples it will therefore host an ultra-luxury 5-star hotel, in the historic Palazzo Sirignano, with approx 100 rooms.
Although the project that will lead to the construction of the luxury hotel is top secret, currently the historic house is affected by external works that should be completed by the beginning of 2021, while the entire project will take about 2 years to complete.
The luxury hotel will extend over an area of approx 17 thousand square meters and will consist of one hundred rooms and 2 ultra-luxury suites, one of 50 and one of 200 square meters.
