The Walk of Life 2018 is arriving in Naples, the Telethon marathon open to everyone to support research into genetic diseases.
Appointment the 12 and 13 may 2018 in Naples to participate in an initiative in the name of solidarity: it is the Walk of Life by Theleton, a marathon that takes place in various Italian cities and which since 2012 also touches the Neapolitan capital. The goal is to support research on genetic diseases, inviting citizenship to participate actively.
To allow everyone to participate, adults and children, the seventh edition of the marathon provides three ways: the walk, the non-competitive race and the foot race competitive, the Caracciolo Gold Run. The paths have a length of respectively 3, 10 and 15 kilometers.
Throughout the day on Saturday there will be in Piazza del Plebiscito the Walk of Life Village with free admission, animated by sports and games e with prevention activities of breast cancer and diabetes. Sunday will instead be dedicated to beneficial marathons. Each participant will receive the race pack and t-shirt while stocks last.
The registration methods
To register for the non-competitive race from 10 km and the walk from 3 km will be possible register at the Village and at the BNL branches of the province of Naples. As for the Caracciolo Gold Run, it is necessary register online by 11 May. Participation requires the payment of a small fee.
