In the subsoil of the Galleria Borbonica "Noi Vivi" is staged, a show that celebrates the Four Days of Naples and the men who fought for our freedom.

Saturday April 28 2018 will be held in the evocative undergrounds of the Bourbon Gallery of Naples, the traveling show We live, dedicated to Four Days of Naples, edited by the cultural association NarteA and written by Febo Quercia.

We live It is a dramatic and engaging spectacle that transports viewers into the tragic atmosphere of the Second World War that razed the city of Naples to the ground. Under the bombings the city does not give up and from the 27 September of the 1943 begins its hard resistance against the Germans, to force them to surrender.

The charm of this incredible theatrical representation is its unfolding in the same place where, more than seventy years ago, the Neapolitan people hid from enemy attacks, finding protection in the underground city, inside the ancient anti-aircraft shelters. The public will be able to relive on his skin the most dramatic moments of that situation, between the sudden sound of a siren, the races to escape the bombs and death, the difficult daily life of men, women and children forced to live imprisoned in the bowels of the earth .

Here, in the basement of the Galleria Borbonica, the signs of that past are still visible, such as the engraving "Noi Vivi" dug into the yellow tuff of a wall, like a true cry of joy, a liberating cry of those who have conquered salvation, of those men and women finally free to continue living.
