The new ZTL with pedestrian area at the Centro Direzionale in Naples will be active from 1 October 2017 with two telematic gates.
Al Naples Directional Center change the road viability with one new ZTL and pedestrian area which will be in operation 24 hours a day, active from 24 October 1.
Actually, this device had already been thought of in the 2015, but no one had ever respected it, so they will be active too cameras in via Porzio and via Taddeo da Sessa, in order to more easily decide the fines for offenders.
The area, in fact, has always been invaded by motorists, but from October it will be pedestrianized and there will be no more gates with the bars, which were then vandalized, but also the already mentioned cameras. From next week, the bars will be removed and two will be established telematic access points just in via Porzio and via Taddeo da Sessa.
Vehicles authorized for access
Only authorized vehicles will be allowed in the pedestrian zone, which will be: the cars of the police, vehicles emergency and rescue, the cars of companies authorized for waste collection and street sweeping and for the maintenance of the structure and systems. These vehicles, however, will be able to access only during the completion of their duties, not for crossing. Finally, cars can also pass by transport of the disabled with the appropriate coupon.
The maximum speed limit will be 10 km/h and throughout the area there will be a permanent ban with forced removal.
Access to residents, on the other hand, will be prohibited except for loading or unloading or for exceptional cases, but only with authorization.
